Welcome to S.J.Prouse Design S.J.Prouse Design is a small well established Architectural and Building Services Company which has been offering services in North Devon for the past 16 years. Located in Hartland, just off the A39 and close to the North Devon link road it is within easy access to all major routes into and out of the South West and to all parts of the UK. S.J.Prouse Design was formed in the early '90s and with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals is able to offer a high quality, one-stop consultancy approach to clients in the private, commercial and business sectors. As a multi-disciplinary practice we offer a wide range of construction related services including architecture, planning consultancy, building surveying, land surveying, SAP ratings, Air Tightness Testing, building consultancy and project management. Over the years we have invested significantly in the latest technology and can therefore provide an accurate, detailed and deliverable service to our clients. The practice has built up considerable experience in the residential sector with a particular emphasis on high quality residential new build and conversions. We have also undertaken a wide range of other projects, such as commercial projects including hotel renovations, warehousing, offices and storage facilities. Whilst a fair amount of the Company's workload is in the South West, in recent years considerable growth has been achieved outside this area including providing SAP ratings and Air Pressure Testing compliant with Part L1A of the Building Regulations.
