To date S.J.Prouse Design has maintained a 99% success rate of planning approvals which is mainly due to thorough pre-application discussions with the local authority planners and our in-depth knowledge and experience of planning policy. Our approach stems from a concern for people and how they will use and enjoy the buildings that we create. Our design team are experienced and proficient in the use of AutoCAD. Plans are provided in CAD format plotted on paper or film. They can also be sent via email or transferred onto a CD in the required software format.   These basic qualities remain central to our thinking, but we combine them with an innovative and enquiring approach to meet the more complex agendas of sustainability and modern construction techniques. We are deeply committed to developing environmentally-responsible designs and specifications for our clients' requirements.
